Narrative
On 06-20-2026 at 1259 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of NE 12th St/Kirkland Ave NE, in the City
of Renton, County of King, State of Washington,for a reported collision that just occurred.
Upon arrival, I contacted Unit 1 near his vehicle. Unit 1 stated he was stopped for a stop sign at the four-way
stop of NE 12th St/Kirkland Ave NE facing southbound. Unit 2 was traveling eastbound and turned
northbound towards Unit 1. Unit 2 took the turn to sharp and hit the front driver corner of Unit 1 while he was
stopped at the sign. Unit 1 did not have any injuries and his vehicle had minor damage.
I contacted Unit 2 near her vehicle. Unit 2 stated she does not have a drivers license and was going to the
store to practice driving. On her way back she turned northbound on Kirkland Ave NE and hit Unit 1 because
she turned to sharp. Unit 2 did not have any injuries and her vehicle had minor damage.
I provided them both with my business card which contained the case number for their records.
