WWP-27-4394 CAG-26-124 ADDENDUM NO. 1 Date of Addendum Issue: June 22,2026 Due Date for Bids: 2:00 pm on July 8, 2026 Date of Bid Opening: 3:00 pm on July 8, 2026 To: ALL PLAN HOLDERS AND/OR PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS The following changes, additions, and/or deletions are hereby made a part of the project bid documents for the 2026 City Center CIPP project and shall have the same effect as if set forth therein. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 1 by signing in the space provided below and submitting the signed addendum with the bid package. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum may result in your bid proposal being disqualified. SCHEDULE OF PRICES 1. DELETE Schedule of prices REPLACE with attached Schedule of Prices: Items changed in attached Schedule of Prices: • Added Unit Price to Bid Item No. A3, Apprentice Utilization/Penalty, $2,000.00. • Deleted Item No. B10 and C7, Point Repairs, in Schedule of Prices and replaced with “NOT USED” • Deleted Subtotal Row from Final Page and revised per the following: 2026 City Center CIPP June 22, 2026 Page 2 of 3 Addendum No. 1 SPECIAL PROVISIONS 2. DELETE Bid Item B10 & C7 from Section 10-01.2 Bid Items – Point Repair 3. DELETE Section 7-21.1(3) and REPLACE (Revisions in RED) with the following: Manufacturer Qualifications: • The Manufacturer’s CIPP liner shall have successfully installed a minimum of 200,000 linear feet in accordance with these specifications. • Manufacturers using standards other than those listed in these specifications shall demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Contracting Agency, that their standards produce a product that is, at a minimum, equal to the quality of a product produced using t hese specifications. Contractor Qualifications: • AThe Contractor and/or Field Superintendent shall have a minimum of five (5) successful projects totaling a minimum of 50,000 linear feet of installed CIPP utilizing the contractor’s proposed curing method meeting the requirements of these specifications. After being selected as the apparent low bidder, contractor shall provide a list of installation projects including the project name, owner contact, phone number, and year installed. • The Contractor’s Field Ssuperintendent shall have a minimum of three (3) successfully completed projects totaling a minimum of 25,000 linear feet of installed CIPP meeting the requirements of these specifications. The A Contractor’s identified projectField superintendent shall be on the project for the duration of the project and shall be available at all times during the CIPP rehabilitation. If the Field Superintendent is not available during construction, a qualified replacement shall be provided. After being selected as the apparent low bidder and/or if the Field Superintendent is replaced, contractor shall provide a resume for the Field Superintendent showing relevant experience . • At least one person on the Contractor’s installation crew shall have a minimum of one (1) year of CIPP installation experience, shall have installed a minimum of 25,000 lineal feet using the proposed CIPP rehabilitation technology, and shall be on the project site at all times. After being selected as the apparent low bidder, contractor shall provide a resume for each operator showing relevant experience. • The Contractor’s identified Lateral Cutting Technician shall have a minimum of one (1) year of experience reinstating laterals. After being selected as the apparent low bidder, contractor shall provide a resume for each operator showing relevant experience. This Addendum consists of three (3) pages plus the attached Schedule of Prices.
