This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 06/20/2026 at approximately 1128 hours, myself, Officer R.Watson,was dispatched to a hit
and run report, at 68 Rainier AVE S,within the City Limits of Renton, County of King, State of
Washington.
Dispatch notes stated that 20 minutes ago there was a hit and run, no injuries and non-blocking
with suspect info.
I spoke over the phone with the reporting party, Hadley C. Moore (DOB 11/15/1996). She said
that she went to the gym and then Starbucks, located in the same parking lot.As she was
coming out of Starbucks, a person who she did not know informed her that a vehicle had backed
into her car, a Gray 2020 Honda HRV,WA plate BVU7382.The witness did not provide their
information, and they told Hadley that they were not able to provide a description of the vehicle
or driver, only a license plate, CNL7236, which comes back to a 2013 Toyota Highlander.
Hadley did not see the incident occur and was not able to provide any suspect information.
Hadley said that the damage to her vehicle was scratches to her rear bumper and her bumper
seemed to be popping out on the drives side. Hadley was unable to provide an estimate for the
vehicle damage.
Hadley did not want to pursue charges and only requested a report for insurance purposes.
