The Contract Documents,including Standard Specifications,and all applicable laws and regulations apply to this project. The following items particular to this project are repeated here for emphasis: a. Prevailing Wages. This project does not include federal funding.Therefore, only State Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. The Prevailing Wages in effect at time of Advertisement are provided in Appendix B. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain wage information for any work classifications that are not included. b. Map of Project Locations and Summary of Quantities. Volume 2 of 2 includes a Map of Project Locations and may include a summary of quantities for each street included in the scope of work.
