Bidders are not required to be in possession of a current City of Renton business license in order to bid on City projects. However, Contractors and all subcontractors of all tiers must be in possession of a current City business license while conducting work in the City. 9. Bidding Checklist Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the Bidder,and the name and number of the project for which the bid is submitted. It is the responsibility of each bidder to ascertain if all the documents listed below and in the Table of Contents are included in their copy of the Contract Provisions. If documents are missing, it is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to contact the City of Renton to obtain the missing documents prior to the date and time that bids are due. Contract Checklist The following documents are to be executed by the successful Bidder after the Contract is awarded. a.
