NARRATIVE
Driving up the hill east on NE 3rd St. Approaching the stop light at the intersection of NE 3rd St& Edmonds Ave NE.
I am in the left hand lane, the light is green. Just before the intersection there is a disabled vehicle in the right hand lane with
hazard lights on. I am trailing the car in front of me very slowly as traffic is moving very slowly here. A white car in the right
hand lane, directly behind the disabled vehicle, moves into my lane sideswiping me about at about 2/3 of my car. As we are in
a busy road, I turned right on Edmonds Ave NE hoping to park on a less busy road to exchange information. The white
vehicle did not follow me. I have attached a crude drawing in the incident details to show what happened.
