To: ALL PLAN HOLDERS AND/OR PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
The following changes, additions, and/or deletions are hereby made a part of the project bid documents for
the 2026 City Center CIPP project and shall have the same effect as if set forth therein. Bidders shall
acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 2 by signing in the space provided below and
submitting the signed addendum with the bid package. Failure to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum may
result in your bid proposal being disqualified.

1. DELETE Schedule of prices REPLACE with attached Schedule of Prices:
Items changed in attached Schedule of Prices:
• Delete duplicate Bid Item B4.
This Addendum consists of one (1) page plus the attached Schedule of Prices.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT
