Subject: Construction Mitigation Description
The project proposes construction from October 2026 to September 2027.
It is anticipated that construction will occur within the standard weekday hours of operation (7am to
7pm).
The project has not yet been awarded to a contractor, however, it is anticipated that primary haul route
from Interstate 5 will be NE Sunset Blvd.
No impacts to the adjacent roadways are anticipated, therefore traffic control within the right-of-way is
not anticipated to be required.
Any impacts to adjacent private properties will be coordinated appropriately and on-site traffic control
provided when needed.
