This meeting provides an opportunity for neighbors and
community members to:
• Learn about the proposed project
• Ask questions
• Share feedback directly with the project team prior to
formal City review
This meeting provides an opportunity for neighbors and
community members to learn about the proposed project,
ask questions, and share feedback directly with the project
team prior to formal City of Renton review.
The intent of this meeting is to facilitate an informal
discussion between the project developer and the
neighbors regarding the project. While required by the
City of Renton, this meeting is not conducted by the City
of Renton and is in addition to any future public hearing
or public comment opportunities available under City of
Renton development review processes.

In accordance with Renton Municipal Code 4-8-090, neighbors and community members
are invited to attend an informational meeting regarding a proposed healthcare development
at the former Rite Aid site located at 3116 NE Sunset Blvd in Renton.

About the Proposed Project
MultiCare Health System, in partnership with Emerus,
proposes to renovate the existing former Rite Aid building
into a freestanding Off-Campus Emergency Department
serving the Renton community.
Proposed Development Includes
• Approximately 12,000 SF single-story emergency
department
• 11 treatment rooms
• CT imaging and X-ray services
• Triage, waiting, registration, laboratory, and support
spaces
• Updated exterior facade and landscaping
improvements
• Existing parking to remain unchanged
