This segment of Lind Ave NW is a dead end residential access street with an existing right of way width of 30 feet which includes a paved width of 20 feet. To meet the City's complete street standards for residential access streets, minimum right of way is 60 feet per City code 4-6-060, half street improvements shall include a pavement width of 32 feet (16 feet from centerline), a 0.5 foot curb, an 8 foot planting strip, a 5 foot sidewalk, street trees and storm drainage improvements. However, the city will support a modification to retain the existing frontage and a modification request shall be required.
