Please see the attached memo by Shannon & Wilson regarding the reuse of crushed asphalt as fill for review and approval from the City. Upon your concurrence, this will be incorporated
into the recycled asphalt pavement plan.
The Recycled Asphalt Pavement Plan submittal is high priority, anything you can do to assist in the expedition of the review of this memo is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if

Sorry if this wasn’t clear from my previous response but the City had already commented that it is up to the contractor and applicant’s team to ensure environmental compliance with City
code. If exceptions to code requirements are sought, please make it clear in the plan.
