AIRPORT STAFF ITEMS (Director’s Report) a) Project Updates: (2025) Alpha 7 upgrades, (2025) LED Conversion for RDR, (2025) Windsock & 243 Tie-Down Rehabilitation, (2024-2025) Security upgrades, (2026) Seaplane Base Dredging, (2026- 2027) Taxiway Alpha Rehabilitation. b) Airport Fiber Project. c) Sewer line connected to City main line. Administration office water source restored. d. 4 High-powered cameras installed at the ATC. i. Santa mailbox. e. Landing Gear Works vacates space. j. Phone migrated to Teams phone. f.
