We have the following concerns. FIRST and FOREMOST the construction group has been working PAST 3:30 pm. TRAFFIC will be horrific for my area which are the homes across the street. Their will NOW be NO STREET PARKING on their side of the street. Again water pressure concerns because we are on the DOWN SIDE of the street. Why it is that you one of the letters receives says that you have ALREADY approved their request? Their APPROVAL from the City of Renton for their ONE STRUCTURED Condo Buildings is mind boggling? I will bring any concerns from the group to the City of Renton, Clark H. Close (this add this 2nd letter to the 1st letter sent that is dated December 18, 2016) regarding the STRUCTURE being built across the street from our homes. You will continuously hear our concerns regarding the impact this STRUCTURE is having on the homes that are located across the street!
