NARRATIVE
My vehicle was parked in my assigned apartment parking space each night from June 21, 2026, through June 25, 2026.
During this period, the vehicle was backed into the parking space on three consecutive nights.
On Wednesday, June 25, 2026, I discovered damage to the paint on the front left side of my vehicle. The damage is located
on the side of the vehicle nearest the adjacent assigned parking space.
To the best of my knowledge, there were no other occasions during this time when the vehicle could have sustained this
damage. The vehicle remained parked in its assigned apartment parking space when not in use.
At the time the damage was discovered, the vehicle assigned to the adjacent parking space had not returned since the
damage is believed to have occurred. No note, contact information, or other notification was left regarding the damage.
