This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. On 06/29/2026 at approximately 0947 hours I was dispatched to in station a hit and run report that occurred in April at the Solera apartments located at 2950 NE 11th St in the city of Renton, King County,WA. The original hit and run occurred on 04/26/2026 or 04/27/2026. RPD case#26-3252 was located that involves the same two parties listed below on the same date and time provided by the reporting party. The reporting party and owner of the victim vehicle was identified by her WADL as Bunton, Kellitra N DOB 04/27/1984. Kellitra informed me that sometime around midnight on 04/26/2026 or early in the morning of 04/27/2026 she was at a baby shower for her adult son at Solera apartments. When leaving the location, an argument ensued in the street with her son's baby mom's mother whom she identified by name as Markholt, Amanda DOB 02/26/1983. Kellitra stated that she was trying to leave in her own vehicle, a maroon 2023 Chevrolet Equinox with WA LIC CHF3257. She stated that Amanda got into the driver seat of a grey 2018 Ford Fusion with WA LIC BWX8854. Kellitra stated she was intentionally backed into on her driver side rear door by Amanda before she left the scene. Inside Kellitra's car were her two young children.A 3yr old male in his car seat in the rear driver side seat identified as Justice, Ryder R DOB 11/07/2022 and a Syr old female on the passenger side rear seat identified as Justice, Rielle V DOB 06/20/2017. Kellitra stated she was also 6wks (now 18wks) pregnant at the time. An Axon link was sent to Kellitra to upload footage that she shared prior to the incident.The footage she showed was prior to her vehicle being struck. I uploaded pictures of the damage to Kellitra's vehicle. Because Amanda hit Kellitra's 2023 Chevrolet Equinox with WA LIC CHF3257 and failed to stop and exchange information I found probable cause to cite her(Sector cite#6A0345438)for RCW 46.52.020 duty on striking an attended car or other property(hit and run).
