PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Temporary Use - Tier 2
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Tier II Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to Renton
Municipal Code, Section 4-9-240, for the implementation of mobile food trucks within the parking lots of Landmark
office development located at 1600 Lind Ave SW and 1601 E Valley Rd (parcel numbers 3340403320 and 3340403341).
The proposed site location for the food truck parking would in a gravel area on the southwest corner of parcel number
3340403341, to the south of a drive aisle and both office buildings. The applicant proposes one food truck per week,
with a rotating schedule of vendors. The proposed hours of operation are Tuesday, 11am - 2pm.
