NARRATIVE
I parked my car for a doctors appointment around 10:30 AM at the parking garage on the fourth floor the last handicap
parking spot off the right hand side once you enter the parking garage. I came back after the doctors appointment and noticed
that there was a big dent on the driver side front where the wheel is located around 12:30. I took pictures of the damage in a
video and tried to find a nonemergency security number. I talk to security guard regarding the event and I was instructed to
file a police report so that we could get footage of what happened in the parking garage.
