Submittals
Site Specific Waste Management Plan – Sent to Sound Transit
Chemical Usage Document – ST sent to Ashley. SCCI needs to fill this out for the water treatment system.
Recycled asphalt plan update – Sent to Sound Transit

Water treatment update – Sampled Thursday, 6/11. Latest sample taken on 6/24/26.
Dewatering well update
Adam – When sewer starts dewatering wells will likely run 24/7 to avoid draw down period. Storm is ok with shutting off because the excavation is not as deep.
Alyssa – If wells are running through the weekend, daily monitoring will be required. This is a check for turbidity from the water treatment system. This is an automated system through
the watertectonics system. Onsite monitoring is not required as the data is gathered remotely.
Contaminated soil update – Cameron – Characterization received, may have a couple areas above cleanup levels, WA Rock is reviewing results and will confirm what can be received, any
contamination that can’t be taken will go to Republic Services. Elevated cadmium in trench excavation at 204-23/22 sampled last week. Results have been sent to Greg, Joey and Ross.
One new location at 202-80, have the excavation and sidewalls been sampled? Eric to work with Shimmick to sort these items out.
Cameron – Ross needs to sign last of paperwork for Republic Services profile or ST to confirm approval for Shimmick to sign as Agent on Republic BOL. Michael Naki/CMC team were discussing
this.
Eric – Check on analytical results from 202-80 from Shannon and Wilson
Tire washing update – Sump and berm installed, tank delivered, pipe and fittings being installed.
Setup sewer discharge system and schedule inspection with KCIW – Adam received flow meter. Needs to be installed.
Send Maria a schematic of wheel washing equipment leaving site. – ASHLEY, copy Alyssa Jacobs. Maria from Ecology still needs to respond.
Upcoming Schedule.
On site work – 30” storm was paused due an RFI regarding 204-02. Sewer is continuing from MH-12 to MH-13. South side work still being worked out with fiber line. Retaining wall footing
excavation is 80=90% complete, overex is required. Surface demo asphalt and concrete removal. Next few weeks, working on getting DeWitt started. .
Dewitt has leaks from their welder, crane, and excavator. Jaylen notified Dewitt.
ROW work – NuuCo mobilizing to remove some of the light poles along Grady will finish this on 6/26/26. Grady sidewalk closure scheduled around World Cup moratorium.
Lake Ave CCTV – Nasty material in storm pipe. Needs to be submitted to ST.
New Business
Alyssa – How did the site hold up with the rain? No issues.
July 3rd, Shimmick will not be working. Reschedule CESCL walk for Thursday July, 2nd at 10:30am.
