Renton in the sum of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid proposal of said Principal for the work

The condition of this bond is such,that whereas the Principal herein is herewith submitting his/her or
its sealed proposal for the following project,to wit:

NOW,THEREFORE,if the said proposal bid by said Principal be accepted,and the contract be awarded

performance bond as required by the City of Renton within a period of ten(10)days from and after said award,
exclusive of the day of such award,then this obligation shall be null and void,otherwise it shall remain and be
in full force and effect.
IN THE EVENT the Principal,following award,fails to execute an Agreement with the City of Renton in
accordance with the terms of the Proposal and furnish a performance bond with Surety or Sureties approved
by the City of Renton within ten(10)days from and after said award,then Principal shall forfeit the Bid Bond/Bid
Proposal Deposit or Surety shall immediately pay and forfeit to the City of Renton the amount of the Proposal
Bid Bond,as set forth in RCW 35A.40.200 and RCW 35.23.352.

Manufacturer Qualifications:
• The Manufacturer's CIPP liner shalt have successfully installed a minimum of 200,000 linear feet in
accordance with these specifications.
• Manufacturers using standards other than those listed in these specifications shall demonstrate,to
the satisfaction of the Contracting Agency,that their standards produce a product that is,at a
minimum,equal to the quality of a product produced using these specifications.
Contractor Qualifications:
• AThe Contractor and/or Field Superintendent shall have a minimum of five(5)successful
projects totaling a minimum of 50,000 linear feet of installed CIPP utilizing the contractor's
proposed curing method meeting the rcquiremcnts of these specifications. After being
selected as the apparent low bidder.contractor shall provide a list of installation projects
includingthe project-name—owner_contact,phone numbet.andyearinstatled:
• The Contractor's FieldSsuperintendent shall have a minimum of three(3)successfully
completed projects totaling a minimum of 25,000 linear feet of installed CIPP meeting the
requirements of these specifications.Thc-A Contractor's identified projcctField
superintendent shall be on the project for the duration of the project and shall be available
at all times during the CIPP rehabilitation. If the Field Superintendent is not available during
construction,a.gualified replacement shall be rrovided. After being selected as the
apparent low bidder and/or if the Field Superintendent is replaced.contractor shall provide
e resume for the Field Superintendent showing relevant experience.
• At least one person on the Contractor's installation crew shall have a minimum of one(1)
year of CIPP installation experience,shall have installed a minimum of 25,000 lineal feet
using the proposed CIPP rehabilitation technology,and shall be on the project site at all
times. After being selected as the apparent low bidder, contractor shall provide a resume
for each operator showing relevant experience.
• The Contractor's identified Lateral Cutting Technician shall have a minimum of one (1)year
of experience reinstating laterals. After i_lekigselected as the apparent low bidder,
