EH 18881 CASE# 26-5223 OF LNa 07/04/26 15:59 F coy�isI©�ON u NARRATIVE On 07/04/2026 at 1600 hours I was dispatched to 2619 Talbot Crest Dr, in the City of Renton, King County, Washington. I was responding to a report of a vehicle collision into a house. At approximately 1603 hours, I arrived on scene and found a green 2000 Lexus RX (WA/APR9057) in the landscaping on the east side of the above address. The vehicle sustained extensive front end damage from hitting a large tree, and sustained minor to moderate damage around the entire vehicle from the crash. I saw both front airbags deployed with blood spatter in the front area of the vehicle. I spoke to the driver and sole occupant, Ying K. Lo (DOB 05/04/1958, WA DL). Lo had blood on his face, chest, and hands. He said he fell asleep while driving home. I did not smell any odor of intoxicants, or see drug or alcohol paraphernalia in the vehicle. Lo later said he did not take any prescription medication. I tried to open the vehicle doors but they were stuck. I asked dispatch to notify fire the driver was trapped in the vehicle. I spoke to the owner of the home, Nicholas A. Horrocks (DOB 07/18/1983, WA DL). He was home with his wife and small child. They heard the crash but did not witness it. I provided them a business card with case number and told them I would contact them after the vehicle was removed and I assessed any possible damage to the house. There was a large bush planted by the house and the Lexus was partially in the bush, so I could not tell immediately if the house was damaged. Renton Fire extricated Lo from the vehicle and Medic 5 transported him to Valley Medical Center. Bankers towed the vehicle. Once the vehicle was removed, I saw there was no damage to the house. I went to Valley Medical Center and spoke to Lo. I provided his copy of the tow form and asked if he had car insurance. He stated he did, and believed it was through American Family Insurance. He could not provide a policy number and said his card was in the glove box. I asked Lo if I could call anyone for him and he said he would call his family later. I called Horrocks and told him his house did not appear damaged, and if he wanted to make an insurance claim to notify his homeowners insurance and provide the case number. I took photos of the scene and uploaded them to evidence.com. This concludes my involvement in this case.
