NARRATIVE
26-4363 ACCHR
On 6/5/2026 1 was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for the
City of Renton. I was dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle collision with limited information that had
occurred at SE 132nd St and 156tH Ave SE Renton/King/WA. The witness reported that she was too
scared to get more information, but a motorcyclist was involved.
I arrived on scene and noticed a motorcyclist pulled off the roadway. The motorcycle, a 2018 Honda
CBR300 WA/A9381103 was driven by Ethan Hagh DOB: 12/8/2003 (WADL). Ethan was mute and
unable to talk so we communicated through text typing. Ethan said that he was driving north on 156th
Ave SE. He said that Unit 2 was stopped facing north on 156th Ave SE preparing to turn west on SE
132nd St. He said that Unit 2 did not have a blinker activated and he noticed too late that Unit 2 was
stopped.
Ethan said that he hit the rear end of Unit 2 which caused him to fall over, there was damage to the
front and sides of the motorcycle from falling over. Ethan had small scrapes to his right hip. Ethan
said that the other driver exited his vehicle and demanded Ethan's license and insurance which he
provided. The other driver then got into his vehicle and left the scene without identifying himself or
giving Ethan any information.
Ethan had a photograph of the license plate and a video of the driver.
The plate given was WA/CGV8338 which returned to a 2017 Toyota Prius registered to a Shekid
Akbari to an Auburn address. I pulled up a DOL photograph of Shekib and was able to positively
identify him as the driver of the Prius.
Ethan said that he did not wish to pursue charges for hit and run and that a case number would
suffice.
I provided Ethan with a case number.
