I arrived at approximately 1155 hours. UNIT 1:TOYOTA RAV4 Upon arrival I observed a gray Toyota Rav4 (WA/CKW6481, Unit 1) parked in a parking stall of CVS (10712 SE Carr Road, Renton). Unit 1 had been moved from its point of rest prior to my arrival. Unit 1 had minor body damage to the driver-front bumper. UNIT 2: KIA OPTIMA I observed a silver Kia Optima (WA/ BWV2774, Unit 2) parked in the private drive of 10622 SE Carr Road, Renton. Unit 2 had been moved from its point of rest prior to my arrival. Unit 2 had disabling damage to the driver-rear wheel. DRIVER 1: MAUPIN ELIZABETH M. I contacted Elizabeth M. Maupin (DOB: 08/16/1946) near Unit 1. Maupin was not injured from the collision. I positively identified her by her valid Washington Driver License and established her as the driver of Unit 1 by her admission. DRIVER 2: KHANDZHAYAN MIKHAIL I contacted Mikhail Khandzhayan (DOB: 03/13/1955) near Unit 2. Mikhail was not injured from the collision. I positively identified Mikhail by his valid Washington Driver License and This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State. !declare underpenalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. PASSENGERS Shannon L. Rogers (DOB: 01/07/1973)was the uninjured passenger in Unit 1. Sevan and Zabel Khandzhayan (DOB: 01/19/2016,twins)were the uninjured passengers in Unit 2. STATEMENT I spoke with Mikhail and Maupin near their vehicles. Mikhail said, in summary, he drove east on SE Carr Road and turned left into the private drive at 10622 SE Carr Road from the two-way turn lane.As Mikhail turned, Maupin's Rav4 was exiting from the same private drive onto eastbound SE Carr Road. The driver-front of the Toyota collided with the driver-rear of the Kia. Maupin concurred with Mikhail's statement.
