The special meeting of the Firefighters' Pension Board was called to order by Jason Seth,
City Clerk and Secretary of the Board at 10:00 a.m. In attendance were City Clerk Jason
Seth,Valerie O'Halloran, Finance Committee Chair, and Fire Department Representative
Ray Barilleaux,Additionally, Sean Hollingsworth, Finance Department Representative was
in attendance.

MOVED BY BARILLEAUX, SECONDED BY O'HALLORAN,THE PENSION BOARD APPROVE
THE MINUTES OF THE MARCH 26, 2026, MEETING. CARRIED.
MONTHLY STATEMENT
The FEBRUARY 2026 and MARCH 2O26 financial reports were reviewed.Total
cash/investment balance was, as of March 31, 2026, $10,560,011.61.
MONTHLY BILLS AND PENSION PAYMENTS
MOVED BY BARILLEAUX, SECONDED BY O'HALLORAN,THE BOARD APPROVE THE
PENSION PAYMENTS OF$11,921.53 FOR APRIL 2026,AND$11,921.53 FOR MAY 2026,TO
BE PAID BYTHE FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION FUND. CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Seth noted that the board will discuss the election process for 2027 at the next meeting.
