Door(s) Rear Collision 2026-00005414 Paqe 3 OF 5 Case Number 2026-00005414 Officer Narrative Narrative Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of Washington. This incident was captured on my body worn video camera and in-car cameras.This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. On 7/11/2026, at approximately 2326 hours I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run at JP's Ballroom located at 214 Williams Ave S. Dispatch advised W/IN LAST 20 MIN, HIT AND RUN TO RPS PARKED VEH,SUSP INFO FROM VIDEO...SUSP VEH WHI MITS SEDAN @BME1873/GOA LINK DOT ON 2ND,WITH DMG TO FRONT END... RP IS WAITING IN PLOT W/BLK SUBARU IMPREZA FOR CONTACT. At approximately 2329 hours I arrived on scene. I observed Unit 2 was sideways in the parking stall and had struck the front driver side of Unit 3. Unit 3 was pushed over into the front driver side of Unit 4. It appeared as though Unit 1 struck Unit 2 causing Unit 2 to hit Unit 3 and Unit 3 to hit Unit 4. 1 contacted the Registered owner of Unit 2 identified as Santiago Castenada DOB 9/16/2001 via WADL. He advised the following. He returned to his vehicle parked in the parking lot across from the call location and noticed people near his car. He walked up to his car and noticed it had been struck by another vehicle and was turned sideways.An unknown witness told him that it happened approximately 20 minutes before he called police and had a video of the suspect and suspect vehicle. The witness was not on scene, so I was not able to talk with them, and Santiago did not get the witnesses name but did provide the phone number of(206) 290-2165. 1 called the phone number and was able to identify the witness as Jaida J.Jahmid DOB 08/15/2001. Jaida advised the following. She was walking across the street from the and saw the driver of Unit 1 drive into Unit 2.The female driver of Unit 1 got out of the car looked at the damages and then got back into the car and drove away towards Williams Ave S. She advised she didn't remember much but described the female suspect as white, 5'2, purple hair, white or brown shirt. I was able to get a hold of the registered owners of Unit 3 and Unit 4 and provided them with a case number for the collision. I provided Santiago with an axon link to upload the video he received from one of the of the witnesses.The video shows a silver 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer(WA LIC BME1873) in contact with Unit 2.The driver reversed the This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State. !declare underpenalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that the foregoing is true and correct. All three victims advised they wanted to press charges. Based on the information above, if a suspect can be identified there is probable cause for Hit and Run unattended.
