ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT
(City of Renton to Boeing Employee Flying Association)
THIS ADDENDUM to Lease Agreement LAG #001-87 is effective as of March
5, 1992, and entered into this /S,,Zk day of —227A1 , 1992.
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, the Boeing Employee Flying Association lease agreement LAG 001-
87 leases the Will Rogers-Wiley Post Seaplane Base Ramp Area to the Boeing Employee
Flying Association for the purpose of management of the leased Seaplane Ramp area,
said ramp area including a total area of 4,463.66 square feet, and
WHEREAS, the Boeing Employee Flying Association did, on January 3, 1991,
request that the City of Renton consent to the assignment of said leasehold interest to
Northwest Seaplanes, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton has reached agreement with Northwest Seaplanes
on equitable consideration for lease rights to the property, and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton did, on March 5, 1992, close the wood seaplane
beaching ramp to further use in the interest of safety, and
WHEREAS, the Seaplane Ramp area and its legal description must be deleted
from the legal description of property contained within lease agreement LAG 001-87,
and
WHEREAS, paragraph 1, entitled Premises Leased, of LAG 001-87, contains a
typographical error which indicates parking lot B is included within the leased premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND COVENANTED BY AND
BETWEEN THE CITY OF RENTON AND BOEING EMPLOYEE FLYING
ASSOCIATION, AS FOLLOWS:
WITNESSETH:
1. The Lessor and Lessee do hereby agree that the square footage of the Lessee's
leased premises subject to lease agreement LAG 001-87 is decreased from 136,501.56
square feet to 132,037.90 square feet, the result of the deletion of the 4,463.66 square
feet from lease agreement LAG 001-87, the new total leased premises area constituting
the square footage as described by the legal description hereto attached and made a part
hereof, replacing Exhibit "A" dated May 12, 1987.

2. The Lessor and Lessee do hereby agree that the monthly rental of One
Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($138.13) for the seaplane ramp area
shall be terminated as of March 5, 1992.
3. The last sentence of Paragraph 1, entitled Premises Leased, of LAG 001-87,
as reads "and Parking Lot B." shall be changed to read "and Parking Lot A."
4. All other terms and conditions of the original Lease Agreement shall remain
in full force and effect.

BASIC GROUND LEASE AREA:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township North Range 5 East
W.M. described as follows:
Commencing at a point 10 feet northerly of the intersection of the West Margin of Lake
Avenue South (formerly Lake Street) with the centerline of Airport Way S. (formerly Dixie
Avenue according to the plat of Renton Real Estate First Addn. as recorded in Volume 21, Page
50, Records of King County, Washington);
Thence South 87°30'17" East on a line 10 feet North of and parallel to the centerline of
Airport Way South a distance of 286.31 feet to its intersection with the southerly extension of
