The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an
application for a Lot Consolidation, Site Plan Review and Environmental (SEPA) Review, located at APNs
0923059124 and 0923059135. Please see the enclosed Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by
children living in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list
below and return this letter to my attention by emailing me at mkerrihard@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City
of Renton, CED, Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by July 29, 2026.
