With administrative approval of the final plat, below are the remaining steps:

1. Applicant to provide documents for recording
[HB 7/09] – Please provide copies of: Plat Map (6 copies), CC&R’s (1 copy)
2. Applicant to pay recording fee invoice
[HB 7/09] – Invoice will be included after receiving the Declaration of Covenant
3. Applicant to pay property taxes on all parcels
[HB 7/09] – Provide confirmation once paid
4. City to collect signatures
5. City sends to King County for recording
