1. I-405 RENTON TO BELLEVUE: FULL WEEKEND CLOSURE OF RIPLEY LANE NORTH FOR
FISH PASSAGE CULVERT CONSTRUCTION
Public Works Department— Transportation Systems Division recommends
adoption of a resolution authorizing a temporary full street closure of
Ripley Ln North from the Virginia Mason Athletic Center north driveway to
the Eastrail Trail Trestle Undercrossing to occur between June 26, 2026,
and October 5, 2026 for the purpose of constructing a fish passage culvert
supporting the I-405 Renton to Bellevue, Widening and Express Toll Lanes
project.
2. WSDOT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT GMC 1059 — SUNSET BLVD NE AND I-405
NORTHBOUND ON RAMP INTERSECTION
Public Works Department— Transportation Systems Division recommends
execution of Maintenance Agreement GMC 1059 with the Washington State
Department of Transportation (WSDOT), in the amount of$15,572.16 plus
ongoing maintenance costs, to install flashing stop signs, a flashing "Stop
Ahead" sign, and stop bars within WSDOT right-of-way at the Sunset Blvd
NE and I-405 Northbound On Ramp Intersection. Refer to Transportation
