NARRATIVE
As of today's date (7/14/26) I am still awaiting a response from the property manager as to whether or not surveillance
footage captured the incident and if the tortfeasor's license plate is visible).
I came out to my car after work yesterday at approximately 5:13 pm and discovered damage to the passenger rear bumper of
my car. It appeared that someone had struck the vehicle while it was parked. From the point of impact I presume it was struck
while the car adjacent was pulling into the space. I contacted my employer and they notified the building manager to request
surveillance footage. The only other location the vehicle had been parked that day was the USPS at 314 Williams Ave S,
Renton, WA 98057 but I did not observe any damage to the vehicle at that time and from my point of approach at that time I
would have observed the passenger rear so I presume it only could have happened between noon and 5 pm. I will
supplement this report once surveillance footage has been reviewed.
