On 7/14/2026, at 1805 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury, non-blocking, accident near SW
Grady Way and Lind Ave SW, Renton, King County,Washington.
Dispatch notes read:
**CONTACT BEHIND THE CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP ON 10TH/LIND, NO INJS, NB, OVER
$1,000, SILV ACURA TSX @BST3410/BLK FORD EPLORER HAS EXPIRED TEMP TAG ON IT W/
NUMBERS TORN OFF
I contact both parties in the parking lot of 900 Lind Ave SW.
Pre Collision
Unit 2 (WA BST3410): Mark R. Fernando (06/19/1977,verified by WADL) stated he was driving
northbound on Lind Ave in lane 1 (nearest to the curb).
Unit 1 (1 FMSK8F80EGA55070): Ivis Daniel Buezo Montoya (12/03/2002,verified by Honduras
passport) stated he was driving northbound on Lind Ave in lane 2.
Collision
Unit 2: Fernando stated he was continuing straight in his lane.
Unit 1: Montoya stated he was changing into lane 1 and did not see unit 2 prior to doing so.
Vehicle Damage
Unit 2: 1 observed minor damage to the front driver side quarter panel of the vehicle as well as
possible damage to the headlight housing on the same side.
Unit 1: 1 observed moderate damage on both the passenger side doors of the vehicle.
Proximate cause
The proximate cause of this accident was driver 1 (Ivis Daniel Buezo Montoya; 12/03/2002)
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

changing from the 2 lane to the 1 lane without properly checking to ensure the lane was empty,
causing unit 1 to collide with unit 2.
Driver 1 told me he did not have insurance and did not have a valid driver's license. I cited driver
1 (6A0364070)for operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
