On 07/13/26 at 1741 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury accident at 219 Sunset Blvd N,
within the City of Renton, County of King,Washington.
Dispatch advised it was a non-injury accident blocking southbound lane. Dispatch was only
able to provide unit#2's vehicle information (2021 Toyota Highlander, LIC#CGH1009,
VIN#5TDFARAH4MS005284).
On arrival, I noticed both vehicles were able to operate and had minor damage. Both parties
involved were in the process of swapping information. Due to heavy traffic, I told the two drivers
to pull into Renton Inn located at 219 Sunset Blvd N.While observing unit#1 (2011 Cadilac, VIN
#3GYFNAEY4BS552140) 1 noticed the vehicle didn't have license's plates on the vehicle.
I spoke to unit#1, Inmo Daniel Edum (DOB: 07-04-1980,verified by WADL). Below, Inmo verbally
stated the following:
Inmo advised she was traveling southbound on Sunset Blvd N. Inmo stated unit#2 was to
her left(lane 1) and tried switching into her lane.As unit#2 switched lanes, the back
passenger end of unit#2's vehicle collided with her vehicle.
Inmo stated she didn't have registration and the vehicle belonged to her son. Inmo
advised they recently purchased the vehicle and are currently working on the registration.
Inmo also advised that's the reason there were no temp licenses plates on the vehicle.
I spoke to unit#2, Elvin Noel Garcia Suazo (DOB: 06-03-1996,verified by WAID)who stated the
following verbally:
Elvin advised he was traveling Southbound on Sunset Blvd N. Elvin stated unit#1 tried
changing into his lane from lane 2.As unit#1 changed lanes, the front drivers side
bumper collided with his back passenger side door.
I cited the driver of Inmo Daniel Edum for violating RCW 46.30.020-pertains to proof of financial
responsibility for motor vehicle operation. It mandates that proof must be provided upon

request by a Law enforcement officer in format specified under RCW 46.30.030.
1 also cited Inmo Daniel Edum for violating RCW 46.16A.030.2- It is unlawful for a person to
operate on a public highway of this state without having in full force and effect a current and
proper vehicle registration and displaying License plates on the vehicle.
Drivers were given the incident number and departed the scene.
Inmo Daniel Edum was cited (6A0320525).
