On 07-18-2026 at approximately 1117 hours, I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run traffic collision in
the parking lot of Brown Bear Car Wash at 800 S Grady Way in the City of Renton, County of King,State of
Washington. Dispatch advised victim, Manpreet Singh (DOB: 11-13-1998)was no longer on location and
requested contact by phone at 716-602-9112.
1 spoke with Singh over the telephone who told me that a black Acura (WA-CWK1769) intentionally backed
into his vehicle in the parking lot. Checks via WACIC/NCIC of the vehicle returned with a registered owner
listed as Shemar D Wilson (DOB: 01-23-1997).
Singh said he was just exiting the main car wash and exiting the parking lot when the Acura backed into his
vehicle.The driver then exited the vehicle and admitted to intentionally striking his vehicle.The driver was a
black male that appeared to be approximately 25-30 years of age.The driver was approximately 5'10 tall and
thin, according to Singh.The driver told Singh he does not have insurance and was not willing to provide him
with a phone number or ID. Singh told me he would be able to positively identify the driver of the Acura again.
Checks via WACIC/NCIC of Wilson returned clear and valid.The physicals listed on the WADOL return matched
the description of the male subject Singh observed driving the Acura.The WADOL listed an address of 16633
126th Ave SE in Renton.
I attempted to contact Wilson at 16633 126th Ave SE with negative results. I spoke with his brother who told
me that Wilson no longer lives at this address. His brother was unable to provide me with a new address for
Wilson or his phone number.
At approximately 1209 hours, Wilson called 911 to report the collision. Wilson requested a phone call at
425-523-5093.
1 spoke with Wilson over the telephone. I activated my AXON body worn camera during my phone
conversation with Wilson. Wilson admitted to backing into Singh's vehicle but denied doing it intentionally.
Wilson said he was willing to provide Singh with all his information.According to Wilson,Singh was only

interested in getting$200 in cash from him since Wilson did not have insurance. When Wilson was not willing
to provide Singh with cash it was Singh who became upset and did not want to exchange information. Wilson
said it was Singh who left the location first and since his vehicle had very minor damage he did not think he
needed to call the police.
Based off the above information, I am unable to determine probable cause for Hit and Run Attended at this
time.This report is for informational purposes only at this time.
