This incident was captured on my body worn video camera.This report is a summary of events
that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and
summarized.
Assignment
On 07-17-2026 at 1826 hours I was dispatched to a follow up report at NE Sunset BLVD and
Edmonds Ave NE. 1 contacted the reporting party Amy M. Foster(DOB 09-02-1973) by phone.

Statement of Amy M. Foster(DOB 09-02-1973)
Amy stated on the afternoon of 06-20-2026 she was a passenger in the Ford Mustang driven by
her partner Kenneth.Amy stated they were traveling eastbound on NE Sunset BLVD approaching
a red-light at the intersection with Edmonds Ave NE,when as the Mustang came to a stop, the
vehicle behind them struck the rear bumper. Amy stated it was a low-speed collision and felt as
if someone had rolled into them. Amy stated Kenneth pulled off the road into the parking lot of
the Sante Fe restaurant which was directly next to where the collision happened.Amy stated as
they pulled off,they saw the suspect vehicle continue NE Sunset BLVD when the light turned
green. Amy stated Kenneth then got back onto the road to catch up to the other vehicle and get a
License plate.Amy stated they caught up with the suspect vehicle at the next red light and were
able to observe the license plate (WA/BUC2442).Amy and Kenneth could not identify the
occupants of the vehicle or provide any description. Amy stated that the delay in reporting was
due to missing calls from officers previously and then being told to file an online self-report

which was rejected due to having suspect information. Amy stated she was reporting the
accident because Kenneth was traveling. Amy stated she had photos of the damage to the rear
bumper of the Mustang. I provided Amy with an Axon link to upload the video to evidence.com.
Amy stated that her and Kenneth did not have any injuries.

I provided Amy with a case number.
