Subject: “On-Hold” Notice
Madueno Short Plat 2026 / LUA26-000159, SHPL-A; PR19-000075
Dear Mr. Dhaliwal:
The Planning Division accepted the above mater application for review on July 6, 2026. During our review,
staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further. The following
information will need to be submitted before October 22, 2026 so that we may continue the review of the
above subject application:
• Provide a Preliminary Plat Plan prepared by a State of Washington registered land surveyor in
accordance with Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 18.43.020 and/or chapter 58.17 RCW.
• Update the legal description of the property, as shown on the Preliminary Plat Plan, in accordance
with the Title Report (effective date: April 7, 2026).
• Per Renton Municipal Code (RMC) 4-8-120D.16.h, Preliminary Plat Plans must include names,
locations, types, widths, and other dimensions of existing easements. Specifically, Schedule B of
the effective Title Report includes the easements that need to be shown on the plat plan.
• Provide a draft deed of right-of-way dedication.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The
maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice. Please contact me at (425)
