All construction work associated with Solera Phase II has been completed and the City has signed off on the
Construction Portion of the Civil Construction Permit today.
Please note that with the sign off of this permit, your 2-year Maintenance Period begins yesterday, 7/20/2026, with
your maintenance period ending on 7/20/2028.
