ICE CREAM CATERING & STEM PRESENTATION
THIS AMENDMENT, datedfor reference purposes only asJuly 9, 2026,is by and between the City
of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and SZ Experience LLC
(“Consultant”), a Washington limited liability company. The City and the Consultant are referred
to collectively in this Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this
Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-26-222, dated
July 15, 2026, to provide ice cream catering and STEM presentation (referred to herein as the
“Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to add to the scope of work, add an
additional project manager, and change the compensation in order to engage Consultant’s
services for an additional event.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that the Agreement is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit
A-1, which is attached and incorporated herein.
2. Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $500.00from $1,500.00to $2,000.00
plus any applicable state and local sales taxes. The Compensation value is a not-to-exceed
value; additional compensation shall be paid based upon Work actually performed
according to the rate(s) or amounts specified in Exhibit A-1.
3. Notices and Project Manager:Notices, Section 16, and General Administration and
Management, Section 19.B are amended to ADD the City staff member identified in
Exhibit A-1.
4.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.

Summer Meals Program Scope of Work
Work: Consultant agrees to provide a Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream STEM presentation for
Renton Recreation attendees for the Summer Meals Program at Heritage Park, from the hours
of 12:30 - 1:30PM on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
Payment Rates: Work described in this Exhibit will be charged at the rates set forth below:
Equipment: Consultant will provide all supplies needed for Work and will account for
equipment expense as part of payment.
Set-Up and Take-down: All necessary equipment will be set up by the Consultant before the
hours of Work and taken down no sooner than 1:30 PM on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
