The Planning Division of the City of Renton has reviewed your application and determined that additional information and documentation are required to bring the site into compliance.
To continue processing your application, please submit the following items no later than October 23, 2026:
Environmental (SEPA) Review: Please submit a completed SEPA Environmental Checklist along with the appropriate environmental fee of $1,914, to address the wetland buffer disturbance
and associated mitigation work. For a complete list of required application materials, please refer to the Environmental Review Submittal Requirements.
Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review: The revised proposal includes additional work within the critical area. Therefore, a Hearing Examiner Site Plan Review is required. Please submit
the required application materials and the applicable review fee of $4,538. For a complete list of required submittal materials, please refer to the Site Plan Review Submittal Requirements.
Storage Trailer: The revised documents show a storage trailer on the north end of the site. Please provide additional details regarding the intended use of this structure and indicate
whether it is proposed as a temporary or permanent installation.
Water Availability Certificate: Please submit a water availability certificate for the site. The certificate describes whether water service is available in your area and outlines the
requirements to connect your property to the public water system. To request a water availability certificate, please click here to be directed to the request form.
Sewer Availability Certificate: Please submit a sewer availability certificate for the site. The certificate describes whether sewer service is available in your area and outlines the
