Thank you for attending the pre-con meeting today, July 23rd, 2026. Below is a summary of the meeting with items that had additional discussion listed. Please let me know if you have
any questions or would like to make additions.
* Huy read the pre-construction notes to the group
* Applicant directed to contact City Project Manager to discuss sidewalk closure on Wells Ave S
* Construction to begin in late August or early September
* Joel answered site specific construction questions
Attached are the revised precon notes that we discussed today as well as the permit.
After I have received confirmation from the applicant and contractor that the preconstruction meeting notes have been read and accepted (via email confirmation is okay), I can issue
the permit.
