Specifically code: 4-4- 080 PARKING, LOADING AND DRIVEWAY REGULATIONS, Section 10.E We have already experienced users of this property parking in my client's project's (LN Blackriver LLC) parking lot and believe this higher intensity use will exacerbate the problem. I am requesting that the City diligently review the parking and traffic impacts to ensure the project meets with City’s parking standards.
