Submittals
Quarterly update for SWPPP and TESC, due July.
Open TESC Items
Water treatment update
Reviewing batch 1 results today and will plan to sample for batch 2.
ERTS and discharge reports sent to Ecology for copper exceedance.
ECAR expected to come any day for the copper exceedances.
Dewatering well update – Wells are currently off until further notice.
Encore met with DeWitt on 7/22 and went over SWPPP, process water, and spill protocols.
Contaminated soil update – Berming and delineating suspected piles and following the contract and plans.
Jacobs sampled some stockpiles on the East side of the site, waiting for a couple more analytics to be completed, Diesel and motor oil?
Need direction from ST on how to separate the pile, wait to hear from Michael.
Fire fighting water update
Raw water discharged to sanitary sewer.
Soil update – Soil sampling ok, proceed with work.
Upcoming Schedule.
On site work – Site grading cut to fill operations this week, storm installing next week, and sewer work to commence next week. Monday, jet truck cleaning out sewer pipe impacted by
fire water.
ROW work – Rainier doing storm tie ins and prepping for water cut in. Tree protection is up on the sidewalk.
