Narrative
On 07-27-2026 at 1248 hours I was dispatched to 2613 NE 4th St, in the City of Renton, County of King, State
of Washington,for a reported hit& run that occurred a few days prior.
I contacted the reporting party/victim, Grace V. Stewart(DOB: 11-08-2003),via phone. Grace informed me
that her white 2021 Subaru Crosstrek(WA LIC: CHA5815) was hit while parked in the parking lot of the above
location. Grace has video of a food delivery person parking his white 2017 Hyundai Sonata (WA LIC: CWX0990)
in the parking lot, delivering the food, backing out of the parking spot, and hitting his rear bumper on her front
passenger side bumper.The driver never left a note and left without contacting Grace.
The registered owner of the Hyundai is Moustapha Thioune (DOB: 03-18-1995).
Grace was sent an Axon link for the photos and video but I have not yet received them. I provided her with the
case number for her records.
