Renton Case#26-5862
On 07/27/2026 at 2347 hours I was dispatched to the 800 block of Logan Ave N, in the City of Renton, King
County,Washington. I was responded to the call of a recent non-injury, blocking, motor vehicle collision. This
incident was captured on my body worn video camera.This report is a summation of events that
occurred and is not an exact sequence of events.
Upon arrival, I contacted all involved parties on Logan Ave N,just west of LA Fitness, located at 715 N
Landing Way.
I identified Unit 1 as a blue 2016 Volkwagen Passat(WA LIC#CSZ4667) being driven by the registered
owner of the vehicle, identified by her WA DL as Veronika Onyshchenko (DOB 05/31/2006).
1 identified Unit 2 as a black 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan (WA LIC#CRU0227) being driven by the registered
owner of the vehicle, identified by her WA DL as Lori A Wamsley(DOB 01/01/1966).
Both Unit 1 and Unit 2 drivers provided me with their respective driver licenses, registration and proof of
insurance. Unit 2 driver complained minor neck pain,though she declined to have Renton Fire respond to
the scene to evaluate him further.
In speaking with both involved parties,they stated they were in the southbound lane of travel on Logan
Ave N,just north of N 8th St. Unit 1 vehicle was stopped for traffic at the aforementioned intersection
when Unit 2 vehicle,traveling behind Unit 1 vehicle, struck the rear bumper of Unit 2 vehicle, causing
minor damage to the rear bumper.
I observed damage to both involved vehicles, consistent with the version of events provided. I took pictures of
each vehicle and sustained vehicle damage and later uploaded all photos to Axon Evidence.
I provided each unit involved with a business card, case number and answered their remaining questions.
I then cleared the scene.
This ends my report.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.
