Dear Jason:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton determined that the subject application was complete according to submittal requirements on July 9th, 2026. After beginning review, staff
determined that additional information is needed in order to complete the review. Specifically, please provide a response to the comment below:
Per the Trip Generation Memorandum prepared by TENW, dated May 27, 2026, the existing use is classified as Manufacturing. However, the project narrative and the King County Property
Report identify the existing use as Warehouse. The applicant shall either revise the ITE land use classification for the existing use to Warehouse and submit an updated Trip Generation
Memorandum or provide supporting documentation demonstrating that the existing use is appropriately classified as Manufacturing under the applicable ITE land use classification.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the updated project documents identified above and in the attached memo. The maximum time for resubmittal shall
be within ninety (90) days of this notice, unless an extension is approved by the Current Planning Project Manager.
