ASSIGNMENT
On 07/30/2026 at approximately 0819 hours, I was dispatched to a hit and run report by phone
that occurred in the parking lot of Amazon, 1905 Raymond Avenue SW in the city of Renton, King
County,Washington.
VICTIM INTERVIEW:TEJEDA BERROTERAN JEAN C.
I spoke with the victim, Jean C.Tejeda Berroteran (DOB: 08/25/1985), by phone.The following is
a summary of our conversation:
On 07/30/2026 between 0600 hours and 0630 hours, Jean's vehicle, a red 2014 Kia Forte (WA/
CSD2806),was parked in the parking lot of Amazon near the building. Jean went inside to pick
up his wife from work.
When he came backto his vehicle he noticed new collision damage to the rear-driver side. Jean
did not see which vehicle hit his unattended vehicle.
This concluded my conversation with Jean.
PHOTOGRAPHS
I sent Jean an Axon Community Request link for photographs of the damage to his vehicle.
DISPOSITION
This concluded my involvement in this case.
