Leven) THIS ADDENDUM to lease Agreement LAG#001-88 is effective as of October 28, 1993 and is entered into this /0.day of 199$' RECITALS: WHEREAS, on March 10, 1988, Bruce J. Leven, as Lessee, leased three parcels of land located at the Renton Municipal Airport from the City of Renton, these parcels being described in the original lease agreement as the West Side Office Property Area (71,867.03 sqft), the East Side Tie Down Area(70,715.96 sqft), and the Northwest Hangar Property Area (60,186.95 sqft), a total of leased areas of 202,769.94 square feet, and WHEREAS, on January 28, 1993, the City of Renton, as Lessor, and Bruce J. Leven, as Lessee, did agree to the decrease of the square footage of Leven's Northwest Hangar Property Area from 60,186.95 sq ft to 48,778.57 sq ft, which reduced the total of leased areas to 191,361.56 square feet, and WHEREAS, during August 1993, Bruce J. Leven notified the City of his intention to sell the 850 Hangar Building to BHC, Inc. and requested that the City terminate that portion of the original lease which pertains to the Northwest Hangar Property Area and enter into a new lease with BHC, Inc., and WHEREAS, on October 25, 1993, the City did approve a lease between the City, as Lessor, and BHC, Inc., as Lessee, and the City further released Bruce J. Leven from responsibility for the Northwest Hangar Property Area effective upon execution of the lease to BHC, Inc., by the Mayor and City Clerk, and WHEREAS, on October 28, 1993, the lease to BHC, Inc, was executed by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND COVENANTED BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF RENTON AND BRUCE J. LEVEN AS FOLLOWS: ORIGINAL F LAG 001-88 Addendum #04-9P/ ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT (Continued) WITNESSETH: 1. The Lessor and Lessee do hereby agree that Bruce J. Leven is released from all lease obligations for the Northwest Hangar Property Area effective as of the date of execution of the lease between the City of Renton and BHC, Inc. 2. The Lessor and Lessee do hereby agree that the square footage of the Lessee's remaining leased premises subject to this lease is decreased from 191,361.56 square feet to 142,582.99 square feet, the total of leased areas within the West Side Office Property Area (71,867.03 sqft) and the East Side Tie Down Area(70,715.96 sqft). 3. The Lessor and Lessee do hereby agree that any future subleases, assignments or other transfer of lease obligations shall require the prior written approval of the City of Renton. 4. All other terms and conditions of the original Lease Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. BRUCE J.
