AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP
I, Mark Gropper, declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of Washington that (a) I
am the Executive Director of The Housing Authority of the City of Renton; (b) The Housing Authority of
the City of Renton is the owner of the real property having King County Assessor's Account
Number 7227801785 (the "Property"); the Property is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto;
(c) the Property is under contract for sale to the Quadrant Corporation, a Washington corporation;
(d) The Housing Authority of the City of Renton does not own the other properties referenced under
"Project Information" on the Land Use Permit Master Application (the "Application") to which this Affidavit
is appended; (e) the current use of the Property is vacant/commercial; (e) the current zoning of the
Property is Center Village (CV); and (f) except as set forth hereinabove, I am not aware that any of the
information in the Application provided by Jeremy Febus, contact person for the Applicant, is false or
incorrect.
