WHEREAS, a latecomer's agreement was heretofore executed by and between the City of Renton, a Washington municipal
corporation, and
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement was recorded on the 20th day of April, 2000, bearing Auditor's File Number_
20000420000998 and expired on April 7, 2015.
WHEREAS, said latecomer's agreement creates a lien on specifically defined properties; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that all parcels covered by the legal descriptions bearing Auditor's File Number
20000420000998 be released from the lien created by the latecomer's agreement, due to its expiration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNOWN: That the latecomer's agreement bearing Auditor's File Number
20000420000998, has expired and all described properties within the latecomer boundary or on the assessment roll should
be and are hereby fully released from any claim under said latecomer's agreement:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Portions of Sections 10, 11, 14 and 15, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in
King County, Washington, more particularly described in attached EXHIBIT B.
Latecomer Agreement LCAG# 99-001 recorded under King County Auditor's File Number 20000420000998 has expired
and no other reimbursements are due the developer.
