SUBJECT: "Off Hold" Notice and Notice of Complete Application
Forest Terrace Subdivision/ LUA18-000124
Dear Ms. Halvorsen,
Thank you for submitting the additional materials requested in the March 19, 2018 and August
10, 2018 letters from the City. Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue
review of the Forest Terrace Subdivision project. Additionally, the Planning Division has
determined that the Critical Areas Variance and Street Modification requests are complete
according to the submittal requirements and is accepted for review.
The Preliminary Plat, Critical Areas Variance, and two modifications have been rescheduled for
Environmental Review Committee consideration on September 17, 2018 and is tentatively
scheduled to go before the Hearing Examiner on October 23 at 11:00 a.m. If you have any
