Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue review of the Forest Terrace Subdivision project. Additionally, the Planning Division has determined that the Critical Areas Variance and Street Modification requests are complete according to the submittal requirements and is accepted for review. The Preliminary Plat, Critical Areas Variance, and two modifications have been rescheduled for Environmental Review Committee consideration on September 17, 2018 and is tentatively scheduled to go before the Hearing Examiner on October 23 at 11:00 a.m. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425) 430-6593 or mherrera@rentonwa.gov.
