PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Tier 2 Temporary Use Permit
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting a Tier II Temporary Use Permit, pursuant to
Renton Municipal Code, Section 4-9-240, for the implementation of a mobile food truck rotation schedule within the
parking lot of Oakesdale Center office development located at 600 Oakesdale Ave SW (parcel number 9188000143).
The proposed site location for the food truck would be to the south of the existing office building, within the parking
lot along the southeast property line. The food truck would occupy approximately 4 parking spaces. The applicant
proposes one food truck per day, twice per week, with a rotating schedule of vendors. The proposed hours of
operation are Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11am to 2pm.

Manager. Anyone who submits written comments will automatically become a party of record and will be notified of any
decision on this project.
