HomeMy WebLinkAboutN_Project Narrative_Oakesdale Food Truck June 29, 2018 Planning Division Attention: Permitting Angelea Weihs, Associate Planner 1055 South Grady Way Renton, WA 98057 The applicant is requesting a temporary use Tier- 2 permit for the implementation of food trucks within the parking lot of the Oakesdale business parking lot. A rotating schedule of licensed and permitted vendors will park, 1- truck per day, twice per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 11am to 2pm just South of Building D at 600 Oakesdale Ave SW (site plan attached.) Each individual food truck vendor will obtain:  A King County health permit  City of Renton business license  City of Renton fire permit, and  Show proof of insurance and leave no trace behind when vending. Vendors will be given access to a restroom in the 600 building that is accessible to everyone during business hours. There are many office parks across the street and around the area that will benefit from the variety of rotating menu options.
